Layout Design, Illustration and Artworking

Collaborating with the London and New York offices of Wordsearch, I played a crucial role in the rollout of brand work for the newly developed Essex Crossing office space in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.

This project encompassed a wide range of design tasks, including the development of floor plan styles, isometric and detailed map illustrations, and elevation visuals to highlight key building features such as access points and rentable square footage.

Extensive effort was made to visually communicate local transport times and locations, carefully balancing brand colours with those of relevant transport networks. I also handled interactive brochure layout design, spec sheet layouts, and created accurate floor plan test fit examples. Additional tasks included image optimisation and retouching to ensure clarity and consistency across all visual assets.
